B&B Automotive Detailing - Terms of Service
1. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Clients must schedule services in advance to ensure availability and proper time allocation for each vehicle. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid penalties. A cancellation fee of $45 will be charged if the service is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as this short notice limits our ability to rebook the appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and clients should make every effort to notify B&B Automotive Detailing as soon as possible to secure a new appointment.
2. Vehicle Preparation
Clients are required to remove all personal belongings, including valuables, trash, and loose items, from their vehicle before the scheduled detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a $15 fee, as additional time and effort may be required to properly clean the vehicle while handling personal items. B&B Automotive Detailing is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle, and we advise clients to thoroughly check their car before the service begins. The presence of excessive personal items may also hinder the detailing process and affect the overall quality of service.
3. Liability & Damage Policy
B&B Automotive Detailing is not liable for any damage that occurs to the vehicle(s) during or after the detailing service. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, paint defects, or any damage that may become apparent during or after cleaning. Clients acknowledge that detailing involves the use of professional-grade products and equipment, and while every precaution is taken, B&B Automotive Detailing cannot guarantee that existing damages or wear will not be exacerbated. By using our services, clients release B&B Automotive Detailing from any claims related to vehicle damage, whether minor or significant.
4. Marketing & Photography Consent
By receiving services from B&B Automotive Detailing, clients grant permission for the company to take and use photographs of their vehicle(s) for marketing and promotional purposes. These images may be featured on our company website, social media platforms, advertisements, or other promotional materials to showcase our work. We take care to ensure that no personally identifiable information is included in the images unless otherwise authorized by the client. If a client does not wish for their vehicle to be photographed, they must provide written notice before the start of the detailing service.
5. Payment & Service Agreement
All payments for services rendered are due upon completion of the detailing service unless prior arrangements have been made. Clients are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to late cancellations, failure to remove personal belongings, or any extra services requested beyond the agreed-upon package. Payment can be made through accepted methods, including cash, credit, debit, or E-Payment, and failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges. By booking an appointment and using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
